For Weddings

A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking or otherwise stated (non-refundable).

If videography is required outside the gold coast region, travelling and accommodation costs will apply.

In the event of equipment failure or serious illness, briangarehvideo.com. shall not be liable for any compensation but will refund the amount paid.

briangarehvideo.com. should be advised of any changes before any videography or photography event.

briangarehvideo.com.will not be held accountable for any unforeseen problems that may occur on the way to the venues or during the services rendered.

By booking briangarehvideo.com, we understand you have permission to photograph or video tape at that location(s).

briangarehvideo.com. will endeavour to release the final product within 4 weeks of the booking date but cannot be held responsible if this isn't possible in the case of extra materials, (photo’s, music etc.)  not forthcoming by the client.

The parties agree to pay the full balance owing two weeks prior to the event date or otherwise stated.
